    The new SEBA Data Logger type MDS Dipper-3(T3) is the consequential further development of the well proven MDS Dipper for continuous registration in ground and surface water, with special focus to the operation data security. A watch-dog-function, integrated in the MDS-DipperT3 supervises continuously the microprocessor activities and so it provides a high operation security. Undefined system conditions are recognized immediately and eliminated by the Watch-dog function.     The SEBA pneumatic gauge type "PS-Light" is a robust, reliable and economic measuring system for monitoring water level in surface waters. The measuring principle is based on a version of the bubbler system, well-known and proven by the other SEBA instruments of the PS-series. At adjustable intervals an integrated, highly efficient mini compressor bubbles air through the pressure tube into the water.   • Radar Type Water Level Recorder

    In the so called pulse principle a short microwave impulse is emitted. Then the sensor rests for a short time. During this time the radar receives the echoic signals reflected by the water, then the signals are transmitted to the integrated evaluation system. The runtime of the impulses matches the distance to the actual water level. The basic version of the measuring equipment consists of is a sensor with an analogue output (4...20mA). According to a modular concept the SEBAPULS can be equipped with an additional measuring value storage (i.e. SEBA Data logger MDS-Dipper) and a remote transmission (via GSM network, fixed network etc.).

    The Ductus COI is an universal transit time ultrasonic flow meter. With the advanced large scale integrated circuit technology, it is well suited to most industrial environments for continuous flow measurement of homogeneous liquid. Although the system was designed principally for clean liquid applications, the instrument is tolerant of liquids with small amounts of gas/air bubbles or suspended solids found in most industrial environments. The flow meter use state-of-the-art digital electronics and very powerful ultrasonic transducers to give high accuracy for pipe sizes between 25 mm and 5000 mm. The stationary unit consists of a wall mount electronic housed in a Nema 4x enclosure and two clamp-on sensors that are permanently clamped to the outside of the pipe.     The Transit Time Flow meter of TTFM100B series measures flow rate by calculating the spreading time of an ultrasonic wave in a liquid, going upstream and downstream go into a full pipe. This flow meter is mostly used to measure the flow rate of homogeneous fluids, with a very little percentage of suspended solids and possibly without gas bubbles. Its peculiar installation makes these devices suitable for measuring aggressive fluids (acids, basic and dissolvent’s) or very soiling fluids (oil and fuels). The measuring system is composed of one or more couples of ultrasonic transducers acoustically coupled to the external pipe’s wall (it is also possible to use transducers in direct contact with fluid to be measured) and a portable unit elaborating the sent and received signals from the transducers. The HOST unit has a DSP microprocessor; it gives signals to interfacing with the process or the control systems.

  • Water Current Meters

    The propeller type current meter is a world recognized instrument. Water Current meters are available in two types Propeller type and Cup type and available in two sizes Standard and Pigmy.This current meter is suspended in the water using a cable with sinking weight or wading rod and will accurately measure stream flow velocities from 0.01 to 3.5 meters per second with Multiple propellers. Magnetic current meter has a permanent magnet mounted on its shaft. In every revolution of the cup wheel the magnet actuates the proximity resulting in one make and break of the contacts. The cup type current meter manufactured as per IS 3910 - 1966, the precise measurement of flow is an essential pre-requisite for rational assessment and distribution of available flow and for planning for its utilization of all the methods used for measurement of flow, the most precise in the field is the method where the current meter is used, because of its importance considerable research work has been done during the last five decades for bringing about great improvements in the current meter.   • Porous Tube Piezometer


    The Porous tube Piezometers are used to monitor piezometric water levels. Observation wells are used to monitor ground water levels. Water level readings are typically obtained with a water level indicator. This is a device for measuring pore water pressures primarily in a foundation though it can also be used to measure pore pressure in an embankment. It is more sensitive to foundation pressures or ground water fluctuations and is more resistant to plugging due to silting than the conventional observation well which it replaces. The porous tube Piezometers may not indicate the correct pressures where sufficient flow of water into the
    standpipe of the Piezometers is not available as in partially saturated soils. This is a porous tube of annular cross-section, 37 mm outer dia x 6 mm wall thickness and available in two sizes 12 Inch & 24 Inch long. The porosity of the porous tube is chosen according to site conditions. Unless specifically requested, the porous tube filter has a grain size of 60 micron.

    This is the most common type of suspended sediment Sampler it consists of a metallic one litre capacity bottle held vertically in the metallic frame at one of a adequate length of pipe with lever attached to the lower end and a flexible wire running with the help of one spring and lever for opening and closing the mouth of bottle fitted with rubber cock during sampling. The sampler has advantages, of low cost, simplicity in design and operation.

The handle is collapsible, folding up underneath the truck for ease of transportation and storage.
